Monday Night Staff Meeting Sketch #56

I'd like to highlight a few rare animals that are spotted on occasion at our staff meetings.

This fine fellow is an easy one to spot with its 7 iron-club back-end appendage. Each male is born with a felt saddle on his back that can soak up to 400 pounds of Miracle Whip each year. His favorite pencil lead is an HB, and sudden movements cause him to sing a cappella.

This fine specimen is easily recognizable with it's dual umbrella growths protruding out of her head and tail. The 3 bands around her neck make wonderful coasters if removed before midnight.

With the thick monobrow, 3 nostrils, and blue party streamers hanging from his wings, this wonderful creature is a rare treat. With a single sashay-like movement, he can dig a hole the size of the Grand Canyon.

Silly Putty Close-Up Thursday #55

Things are beautiful if you love them.
Jean Anouilh

But, if love is blind, how on Earth are you supposed to see the beautiful? Well, maybe that's why they invented perfume.

Monday Night Staff Meeting Sketch #55

So, I've been in a pen-depression. I can't seem to find the proper doodling device that will allow me to draw encumbered. However, we still had a staff meeting today, and I grabbed the closest thing near me... a *gasp* roller ball point pen.

Needless to say, my drawings weren't impressed with it. Well, except for this delightful bear.

The return of Silly Putty Close-up Thursday!

You all might have been wondering where close-ups of Silly Putty every Thursday have been. In fact, you all might have started a protest by not eating anything that begins with the letter "T" until you get some Silly Putty Close-ups on Thursday! Well, break out the tomatoes and twinkies, cause P.D.o.G.U. presents the Return of Silly Putty Close-ups!!

The real fact of the matter is that the old eggs of Silly Putty had way too many fibers and lint in them, and it was beginning to even challenge my incredible Photoshop Healing Brush Tool skills. So, I got a new egg...

Now is that a thing o' beauty?! Even those kids on the outside are excited about S.P.C.u.Th. Let's open it, shall we?

Oooo, look at the beautiful flesh colored blob. So polished and smooth... Maybe I should take a closer look...

Ah, what a beauty! Magnificent! But I think we should take it out of the egg and see if there are any facinating anomalies on the other side.

Whoa! Would you look at that! Amazing! It's like the surface of another planet! I've literally stepped off the Earth and have entered terrain unbeknownst to man. Maybe I can get a better shot from a different angle...

Ah, there we go... wait a second. What is that. Hey, you! Get out of the picture! You're ruining the shot! Hey...

...Oh, It's YOU! Get out of here!! Scram! You are in the wrong blog! Go back to Dan's Toy Museum where you belong! Sheesh! Sorry about that eveyone. We'll have this all cleared up by next week.

I hope.

The sword is mightier than the flower

Hey, let's take a look at our favorite ray gun and flower. Maybe he'll have a good experience this time.
